Shipping & Return
All orders are shipped free and we only ship to Canada, United States Of America, and the United Kingdom shipping times are estimated too be 4 to 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, it will not include the cost of shipping.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item(s) must be accompanied by the return slip provided here with your shipment with all required information completed. Please email fernlimecompany@gmail.com with any questions. Returns will only be accepted for damage or if a delivery fails. We will not refund for wrong size or color. Please ensure you are selecting the right size and color.
Refunds/Exchanges
For any return item(s), you will have the option of either a refund, exchange for the same item(s), or credit towards another item(s). Once we receive your item(s) and return slip, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will 1) initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3-5 business days; 2) send you the item exchanged as indicated on your return slip; or 3) place a credit on your account, as indicated on the return slip accompanying the returned item(s). For any refunds, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Any item(s) not returned within 14 calendar days after receipt, as determined by FernLime, will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit. No exceptions.
